The winners will be announced at the Awards ceremony which will take place on Friday 14th September in the Drumossie Hotel, Inverness. As well as the presentation of the awards, the evening will comprise a meal featuring local produce and a ceilidh dance as well as an opportunity to catch up with friends and colleagues from across the food and drink industry.
